Delivery questions
Can you collect from a store for me?
Yes. Send the order number, the store and your delivery address. If the store needs your ID or a signed authority, we’ll tell you before pickup.
Do you deliver pallets?
Yes. Let us know the pallet count and weight, and whether there’s a forklift at either end. The tail lift handles single pallets within its 600 kg limit.
How does interstate work?
We quote each run on its own: where it’s from, where it’s going, and what’s on board. Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Melbourne and Brisbane runs are all possible.
