What we collect

• Job details: addresses, dates and what you need moved.
• For self-drive hire: your driver licence details and payment details for the bond.
• Basic website usage data, such as pages visited, to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To prepare quotes, take bookings, run your job, invoice you, and contact you about your booking. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business (for example email, form and database hosting, payment processing and our insurer), and authorities where the law requires it, such as when nominating a driver for a traffic fine.

Storage and security

Information is stored with reputable cloud providers and access is limited to people who need it to do the job. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Access and correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing rrtransport39@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
